Delivery & Returns
We are based on the South Coast of Kwazulu Natal and use The Courier Guy as our door-to-door courier service.
HOW SOON BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed before 12h00 will be delivered the following working day, this applies to CBD areas Nationwide ONLY!
Larger Orders to CBD Areas other than Durban and Johannesburg may incur a delay of 2-3 days
Outlying areas will incur a delay of +/- 2-3 days.
PLEASE NOTE NO DELIVERIES ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!
Orders from Monday to Thursday:
Orders placed and paid before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day
All orders placed after 12 noon will only be dispatched the following day.
Orders from Friday to Sunday:
All orders placed on a Friday after 12 noon and during the weekend, will be dispatched on the Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Must Love Party will ensure that all goods which leave our premises are in good order and condition.
If the goods purchased from Must Love Party are found to be faulty or damaged we are happy to Refund or Exchange your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of heart / mind purchases or wrong decisions (sorry!). Goods received Damaged or Faulty from Must Love Party are eligible for return within 7 working days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of goods, if your items are damaged or faulty together with a photo image of the damage.You will be responsible for the Shipping costs of returning the item to us, however this will be refunded/credited to your account, should your product be deemed faulty by our customer service team. Please note that items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline, will not be accepted and will be returned to Sender.
Unfortunately Sale items are not Refundable.
Please note that we offer no Refund / Return on Balloons or Perishables.
