  1. How do I order? Browse the website, add the items you want to buy to your basket and submit your order by checking out
  2. Do you have "this" item or range in stock? All products seen on our website are available and on hand to Ship immediately unless stated Out of Stock!
  3. How can I see the products before I buy them? All products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.
  4. If I place an order will I get all of the items ordered? Once we receive your order and payment is made we will dispatch your order
  5. Once I place an order online how long will it take to receive the sales order? You will receive a confirmation email of your order immediately on checkout including an invoice which can be downloaded
  6. How soon do you ship? We ship same business day for orders received by 11.30am. For orders received after this time, we ship next business day. See Delivery Page
  7. How can I make changes to my order once I have submitted it online?Please email us your order number with the changes or reply to the order confirmation email.
  8. Do you deliver or can I collect? We do Nationwide deliveries via a Courier Service or PostNet to PostNet.You are also welcome to collect from our Offices once we have notified you. 
  9. What is your physical address? Please Note: We are an ONLINE party shop, all orders need to be placed online. We do not have a physical walk-in store. Please place your order on our website. For collections: Please Contact us on 0765744252
  10. Can I visit your Store? Sorry! We are an ONLINE Store with NO RETAIL LOCATION for BROWSING! We do offer Online Order Collection from our offices by Appointment ONLY
  11. How much does the delivery cost? The delivery cost is dependent on the area you are in. Please see our Delivery Page for various options.
  12. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? Yes! You can choose express shipping at check out.
  13. How do I pay for my order? Payments can be made by EFT (Bank transfer/deposit) or by Payfast using a Credit or Debit Card. Sales orders are only valid for 48hrs, thereafter your order will be automatically deleted.
  14. Will my details be secure? Must Love Party is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers by providing a secure and safe shopping experience. Must Love Party undertakes to not disclose your personal details, under any circumstances.
  15. What reference must I use when I make payment? Please use your order number as reference  
  16. Can I pay my order COD? All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.
  17. How long does to take to receive the items once I have paid? We try and have all orders delivered within 1-7 working days from receipt of payment; this can vary depending on the area you are in as well as the size of your parcel. Please check our Delivery Page for more information.
  18. Can I cancel an order? Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. However if you wish to cancel your order after you have paid and after an Item has been packed for Shipping, you will be liable for the Bank charges and cost of the Shipping, this will be deducted from the amount paid and you will be refunded the balance.
  19. Ahhh! My party is this weekend, can you help? We can certainly try! Lead times range 1-7 working days, there are instances we can arrange a shorter lead time, please call us or email us to discuss the options.
  20. If I do not like the product can I have a refund? We try to accurately display all our products online, Please check our Refund Policy on our Delivery & Returns Page
  21. Change of mind returns. If the goods purchased from Must Love Party are found to be faulty or damaged we are happy to Refund or Exchange your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of heart / mind purchases or wrong decisions (sorry!)
  22. Will my order be delivered to my door? We use a courier company to do our deliveries; they will deliver your order to your door. For PostNet to PostNet services you'll collect your parcel at the requested PostNet Branch.
  23. How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number. For courier please contact your nearest Fastway Depot or use the package locator service on their website - www.thecourierguy.co.za  and for PostNet  www.postnet.co.za
  24. I received a product and it is damaged, what do I do now? We take care to pack all our orders carefully and to minimize damages as much as possible. If on the rare occasion this happens please do not open or use the products. Email us ASAP to arrange a replacement of the product or a refund for the item damaged, provided the package has not been opened and we can see it was damaged in transit.   25. What are your trading hours? Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm But our website never sleeps so place your order and we'll take action as soon as we are available.
  26. I only need 6 of a particular item and the pack size is 10, can I buy 6?All products are manufactured and packed in sealed packs. The pack size of each product is the minimum quantity that you can buy of that product.
  27. CAN YOU DELIVER MY BALLOONS WITH HELIUM? We do not offer an inflated helium balloon service. Balloons can be filled with helium at your local party store.

  28. HOW DO I FILL MY BALLOONS WITH HELIUM OR AIR? You can go to your local party store to inflate your balloons with helium or air. For smaller balloons we sell balloon pumps to inflate with air.

  29. CAN I INFLATE MY CONFETTI BALLOON WITH MY MOUTH? We recommend blowing all confetti balloons up with a balloon pump. This will avoid moisture going into the balloon.

  30. HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOON STAY INFLATED? Helium lasts up to 8 hours. Please note that helium is sensitive to temperature so avoid extreme heat & extreme cold. On a hot day your balloon may only float for 2-3 hours. Our recommendation is to inflate the balloon very close to the start time of your event. Please be aware of sharp objects! Air can last up to 2-3 days this also depends on the temperature and sharp objects. The clarity of the balloon can become foggy in change of temperature and over time.

  31. Do you have a wholesale price list? We sell to the public and do not have wholesale prices. All our prices are available online. We DO NOT PRICE MATCH!
  32. Placing an item in the shopping basket does not constitute an agreement of sale between Must Love Party and the user. We will not be held liable if such items are not available when the order is completed later. An agreement of sale between Must Love Party and a user only comes into effect if and when a deposit of an EFT / bank deposit is reflected on Must Love Party's bank statement or by Payfast and only if such payment is received within 48 hours of sending the sales order.
